The Work Experience tab is where you showcase your past roles and achievements. This helps organizations understand your background and credibility.
Steps
Go to My Profile → Work Experience.
Click Add Experience.
Enter:
Role/Title
Organization/Employer
Dates of Employment
Description (responsibilities, outcomes, achievements)
Add as many entries as needed.
Click Save Profile.
Notes
Experiences display in chronological order.
Keep descriptions concise — highlight results.
Best practices
Use outcome-driven language (“Increased provider network by 40%”).
List relevant experiences that support your specialties.
