Work Experience

The Work Experience tab is where you showcase your past roles and achievements. This helps organizations understand your background and credibility.

Steps

  1. Go to My Profile → Work Experience.

  2. Click Add Experience.

  3. Enter:

    • Role/Title

    • Organization/Employer

    • Dates of Employment

    • Description (responsibilities, outcomes, achievements)

  4. Add as many entries as needed.

  5. Click Save Profile.

Notes

  • Experiences display in chronological order.

  • Keep descriptions concise — highlight results.

Best practices

  • Use outcome-driven language (“Increased provider network by 40%”).

  • List relevant experiences that support your specialties.
