Consults are brief engagements with experts ranging from 15 minutes to 2 hours that are scheduled, paid for, and delivered through video conferencing on the platform.

The Platform Terms and online payment replace traditional contracting and invoicing.

A healthcare organization may purchase a defined “product” you have listed such as a 30-minute presentation on the “Criteria for AI Readiness”, or purchase a block of time, such as an hour, to probe a specific topic they specify.
