Expert Profile Overview

An Expert Profile is how you present yourself inside Care Transformation Studio when you want to be discoverable by organizations looking for expertise. Publishing your profile makes you searchable in the Experts directory, where members can connect with you for consults, projects, and roles.

What this does

  • If you’re only here to hire experts → you don’t need to publish a profile. Your User Settings cover everything you need.

  • If you want to be hired as an expert → publishing your profile is the way to showcase your skills, background, and availability.

A strong Expert Profile helps organizations quickly understand your expertise and why they should work with you.

Getting started

  1. Go to My Profile under Expert Tools in the side navigation.

  2. Toggle Profile Visibility to publish or unpublish your profile.

    • Published → You appear in the Experts directory.

    • Unpublished → Your profile is hidden (you can still use the platform to hire others).

  3. Complete the sections:

    • Profile Information → Title, tagline, unique name (URL), professional biography.

    • Specialties → Select tags that match your areas of expertise.

    • Work Experience → Add roles, achievements, and organizations you’ve worked with.

  4. Click Save Profile to apply changes.

Notes

  • Your profile URL is generated from your unique name (e.g., /experts/your-name).

  • You can update your profile at any time — changes are live immediately when published.

Best practices

  • Write a clear tagline that summarizes your expertise in one sentence.

  • Keep your biography outcomes-focused (what you help organizations achieve).

  • Add specialties that align with the services you want to be booked for.
