Team Settings
The Team Settings section is where you manage your organization’s identity in Care Transformation Studio. These details appear when you post projects, invite experts, or handle billing.
What this does
Team settings define how your organization is represented across the platform. A clear name, logo, and description help experts know who they’re working with and give your account a professional presence.
Updating your team information
Log in to https://app.caretransformation.studio.
From the side navigation, click User Settings.
Select Team.
Update the following fields:
Organization Logo → Upload your company or team logo.
Name → Your organization’s name (used internally and across the platform).
Organization Slug → This creates your unique URL (e.g.,
/org/my-organization
). Click Generate from name to auto-create one.URL → Link to your organization’s website.
Billing Email → The email address where invoices and receipts are sent.
Description → A short summary about your organization (appears when experts interact with you).
Click Save to apply your changes.
Notes
Organization Slug: Once set, your slug is used in URLs and should be simple and recognizable.
Billing Email: This may be different from your login email and can be a shared finance/accounting inbox.
Logo: Use a JPG or PNG under 5MB.
Troubleshooting
Slug already in use? Try another variation of your organization name.
Logo won’t upload? Use a smaller file or try a different browser.
Not seeing updates? Refresh your page — it may take a moment to update everywhere.
Best practices
Use your company’s official name and logo for a consistent brand presence.
Set a billing email that multiple people can access (e.g., [email protected]).
Write a clear description so experts understand your mission and focus area.
