Your Personal Information settings control how your name, photo, and email appear across Care Transformation Studio. These details are visible whenever you post projects, book consults, or interact with experts.

Why it matters

Keeping your personal information up to date ensures experts and organizations know who they’re working with. It also helps maintain consistent communication across the platform.

Updating your personal information

1. Log in to https://app.caretransformation.studio.

2. From the side navigation, click User Settings.

3. Select Profile (under User Settings).

4. Update the following fields:

   • Photo → Upload or change your profile photo.

   • Display Name → Enter the name you want others to see when interacting with you.

   • Email → Your account email (cannot be changed directly from this screen).

5. Click Save to apply changes.

Notes

• Email address: If you need to change your login email, contact support — it cannot be edited from this screen.

• Profile photo: Use a clear, professional headshot for the best impression. JPG or PNG, under 5MB.

Troubleshooting

Photo won’t upload?

• Try using a smaller file size or different browser.

Name not updating?

• Make sure you clicked Save after editing.

• Refresh the page and check again.

Best practices

• Keep your display name consistent with your professional identity.

• Use the same photo you’d use on LinkedIn or professional profiles.
